food came within 30 minutes. food freeze cold and not fresh. phoned and said manager would call back. I then never received phone call saying they would call me back what they didn't have to do I 4× on the 3rd. so the staff hanged on me on the 4th phone call finally got new order would be sent to wait up to 2 hours until all this for a part of the meal will be sorted still cold. defo never order again. dissapointed, as this was one of the good takeaways in the past, but went straight to the hill. I couldn't even get an apology from them.
