beautiful place, dog friendly and staff very friendly. I had a coat-kartoffel and my partner had a good touch and toasten all. coffee is also beautiful.

fantastic 'lucky' you will find on my first quick visit to eastbourne amazing coffee and extremely friendly staff / service. I went past pretty early sat (they were empty), so just wanted a coffee, although menu looked good. when I came back about 30 45 minutes later, all the outside tables were gone, so obviously a popular place! will definitely be back for eating, and more of the big coffee

beautifully positioned outdoor tea chalet, with view of the lake with beautiful walks literally over the street. many seats in the open with sufficient sunshades and more beautiful view. very clean with attentive staff, a reasonable menu and price. great location with a good sea way to see many brote of the animal world.

yesterday, this place was found for the first tine. I loved it so much that I came back with my friend today. she loved it too. we had both tasty quiches (crust less medium sea and cheeses) with beautiful mixed salad and coleslaw. I enjoyed the big hot chocolate both days, perfect way to warm up on such a wet and windy dec tag. unfortunately I do not live in eastbourne, but I will certainly come back when in the next city. great eating and friendly staff: it is a big caffe with a good selection of sweet and hearty tasty.

yes, a great place. I went there as an artist, but I found the personal friendly, human and accommodating. I love the jazz/rate pack décor. it is a great place to stage a near intimate jazz/swing show. from the left side, as they go to my foot, I found it hard not to be distracted by the breathtaking view of eastbourne from the opposing window.

the best in the city! I was in most of the caffes in the opposite and was not to this for a few years, I had heard that there was new owners, so I thought I would give it a try. it will be my rule from now on! I'm here today for a late breakfast. it was simply amazing! great ingredients, (especially the house made blase and squeak) all really well cooked and the staff were beautiful. great worth too. the new owners dee and kevin were very friendly and welcoming and really interested in suggestions for the menu. it is also answer easy to park . I could not ask for more. I will be back

So my lover partner treated me to a wounded dinner at this place, eating was amazing, the service was a mix of extraordinary and amazing (it was Valentine's Day) the venue was recently refurbished to a high standard. we had a common starter record followed by a plätter for three (we had a left overs in a bag as we went). Overall, however, it is recommended for the two shared disk players (the huge parts were) and about 8 barcardi and cokse and a mojito the bill with tip about £80. I'll break them out at night.

great place for lunch or coffee. we had a grilled sourded cheese and pesto sandwich and a goat cheese and cowardly chutney ciabatta. Both were great. highly recommended.

my mother died yesterday in her own house with her man of 70 years who held her hand, the wish of my father, it was made possible because of the st. wilfreds. they were amazing, supported me and papa every customs of the way for 2 weeks .night and day. I am so grateful. many thanks to all employees. they are really all angels x
