beautiful bar, beautiful cocktails, beautiful atmosphere. we had not booked, but were able to sit outside and watch the cardiff nightlife in action

this bar was very recommended by friends and by the look of all the others there would also recommend it, it is just a scandal that our trip was a bit naf. we came to welcome our booking, sat and asked to finish the stretch...and trace. to a good start. how to access the menu was explained to us, we chose our drinks, they were from the beer that my partner really wanted, but not a deal breaker. we have also asked for some water for the table that has never arrived during our visit. the waiter who looked after us was based on the floor for the 6 or so tables inside, we could see him more or less at any time. the drinks were also not prepared on the floor where we were / where we could see. our drinks were bought together with other table drinks, where we were asked to get our drinks from the tablet while our waiter was on the way to another table. that's the last time we could get any attention from him before we had to ask him for the bill. in the meantime, I decided that I was hungry and the menu for the choice of small plates I saw went to other tables, I wanted to order, nor did there anyone order. our waiter was very busy talking to a table of two ladies and his attention could not be won for the whole almost hour we were there for. I tried to find my wein that he was open too long and had a slightly acidic taste, like no one to increase this. So I didn't drink my wein, my partner ended his drink and we wanted to pay. When the waiter came to our table, he asked if I don't feel my wein, then he tried to discuss where it might be a little wrong with him, completely lying with two flat ones. he said first, I didn't say anything when he checked back, he didn't check back, and I told him that if he checked back, we could have put it down a lot earlier. after that he told me he could assure me that it was from a fresh bottle, as he had opened and poured it himself, another lie as mentioned before, we had seen that he was close to us, but not in the position to check on us, or let us spend more money with them all visit. After I contradicted him, he made a sarcastic commentary about the wee. that's me. I don't have to be qualified in crying (which I am) to say that a wein is out. the only saving gnade is after he realized that I knew what I was talking about that he took them off the bill. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but that was an exceptionally bad visit.
