big falafel, but don't go by noon unless they are in long lines. the crunchy outside and granular inside texture of the falafel itself rivaled it is deep taste, with a good help of tahini to really emphasize the sesame that beautifully contrasted with the plastered paprika and vegetables add a beautiful extra crunchy. I also asked about chili sauce that saw a beautiful balance of chili, garlic and a bit that must either come from a mayo or perhaps hummus share. the only slightly less than memorable aspekt this falafel wrap was the flatbread that turned from a dry wrap to a teig and chew almost gummy wrap to the end. Maybe it's my fault to take my time to eat it. but I have also eaten another falafel from a competing tent on the road to do a side by side, by biting. after comparison, I can see clearly the advantages for a cylindrical envelope in contrast to a flatter Pita configuration evenly distributed ingredients for a more consistent combination of aromen for every bite, better balance, better texture combination, easier and less messy eating. I also have to respect a man who eats the food he serves for others than his own meal!
