absolutely terrible experience! it was for the reservation to lock doors. the restaurant had closed without telling anyone with bookings. a note remained on the door that they had closed due to cash flow problems. Thank God for the restaurant next door that has come and offered us a table on a busy Friday night.
when we arrived for our reservation and the doors were locked and I had not given notice, I would not give this a star. we waited outside for ten minutes when one dame asked us overrun, if we had a booking, then they said that they had opened earlier, but because of problems with the administration was said to close. I planned this for my weekend in some places and would be booked somewhere else if there had been notifications.
