the waiters were here very fast and organized while collecting empty plates. there is a large selection of options to choose and they can simply help themselves. there is a section in which they can also order certain foods, and all the options are well marked with all allergy information. in general its very relaxed environment.

good clean restaurant, plenty of seating, good equipment and meat quality were excellent. I dropped a star because the pieces are small for the price. I also dropped a star because I expected the tomahawk steak is bigger as they mention it for the exchange, but the chips share is barely enough for one and the steak was much smaller, many people could eat that steak of themselves without sharing, so the description on the menu must be improved. I stopped abducting more stars for this because I spoke to the manager and he mentioned that this was previously retrieved by other customers and that they will re-create the menu at the beginning of september, he apologised and said that this problem had been brought to the owners and he will relay the comments to the owners. they took the constructive critique well and swore to improve and make adjustments. overall meat quality was very good.

so convenient to a coffee, tee or sandwiches in the early morning while waiting for train. the personal here amazing. they remember ur face n always welcome u with a smile. one of the girls always goes this extra mile to make sure that u feel rated as a customer. I always prefer cafe nero for a cup coffee n that was my holding point of the daily while I stayed in newcastle.
